Whole-house lighting design install
We follow your designer's plan: recessed, cove, sconce, picture, accent. Then we program Lutron, Crestron, or Control4 scenes so the system actually gets used.

Site walk, structural support check, wiring run, fixture mount, level and aim. Houston permits where required. Designer notes followed line-by-line.

Lutron / Crestron / Control4 scene programming. Dinner, Entertain, Reading, Goodnight. App and keypad setup with a full walkthrough before we leave.

A few frequent questions.
Do you supply the chandelier or fixtures?
No — and that's deliberate. You (or your designer) source the piece from a Houston showroom, a designer, or auction. We install it. No markup, exact fixture, your call.
Can you work from my designer's lighting plan?
Yes. We work alongside designers and architects every week. Send the plan with your quote request and we'll review before the site visit.
Which smart-lighting systems do you program?
Lutron RadioRA and HomeWorks, Crestron, and Control4. Scene setup is included in the install — we don't disappear after wiring.
What about heavy or tall fixtures?
We handle drops up to 24 ft and fixtures up to 250 lb. Scissor lifts and rated support boxes are part of the install — no equipment upcharge.
Do you pull Houston permits?
When the scope requires one, yes. We coordinate with the City of Houston and CenterPoint where needed.
How long from quote to finished install?
Chandelier-only: typically 1–2 weeks. Whole-house with programming: 3–6 weeks depending on scope and designer schedule.
